  • Guaranteed returns or outcomes

3. Standing Instructions

The Platform operates based on Standing Instructions - pre-configured automation rules defined by users before activation.

3.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Defining all execution parameters
  • Setting risk limits and conditions
  • Configuring market filters
  • All strategic decisions
  • Outcomes of automated executions

3.2 Immutability During Execution

Standing instructions are stored as immutable configurations during execution cycles to ensure transparency and consistency. You may modify or terminate automation between cycles.

4. No Investment Advice

IMPORTANT: We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial advisory services of any kind.

  • All trading decisions are made by you
  • We do not recommend buy/sell actions
  • Algorithms detect data events, not opportunities
  • We do not manage or advise on portfolio allocation

5. No Custody of Funds

Larofits is non-custodial:

  • We never hold, custody, or control your funds
  • Your assets remain in your exchange account at all times
  • We cannot initiate withdrawals or transfers
  • We only have read and trade API permissions

6. Third-Party Exchange Integration

The Platform integrates with third-party exchanges via API:

  • All orders execute directly on connected exchanges
  • You are subject to the exchange's terms and conditions
  • Exchange fees apply separately
  • Exchange downtime or issues are outside our control

7. Risks and Disclaimers

7.1 Market Risks
